Visit to Billing

Finally, after hearing much about the famous Land Rover Billing Exhibition, we finally made it there. It was very impressive and easily one of the nicest exhibitions we’ve been to. Usually it can be pandamonium but not here -nice surroundings, easy to get to, a doddle to park, loads of exhibitors, plenty to do, see & buy and very well organised. A success overall (and the weather was good too - unlike the swamp of last year!). No real surprises for us as we have been researching and checking out many companies, equipment and suppliers for some time but huge benefit was that lots of the ideas we have been gathering over time have now more or less consolidated themselves into some final but simple vehicle fit out solutions. All we need now is the money and time to implement!!! Would recommend anyone considering purchasing items such as fridge, roof rack, roof tent, storage solutions etc. get themself along to Billing as many deals and reductions on offer that you would not get after the show e.g. Engel MT45 fridges going for £375 (we had bought our brand new from MPS for more) and good-looking roof racks for £399 at Foley’s stand. Nene offering storage boxes at almost a third cheaper than normal. If you kind of know what your’re after then wait for the show if you can!
