We have been avidly following the Naismith family in their www.drive-to-oz.com adventure. They left around beginning May also overlanding but using a Toyota Land Cruiser - we feel extremely jealous that we are still here in the UK and they are en-route. Found a new traveller’s website today called www.junglerunner.com - describes past round the world adventure using Land Rover. What we like about the site is the planning section re: budget. Must catch-up with the Naismith’s regarding this also - will be interesting to know more about their perceived budget versus actual spend and compare to our budget plans. www.travellerspoint.com also good - following the Edmead’s fourgortw and ourbigworldtrip using same site - a similar family adventure.
