Changed Website wording so Jessica can read

While showing Jessica the contents of website so far today, she couldn’t understand a couple of words (e.g. isolated instead of lonely) so we have amended in places. This is a good test for us to ensure we keep it simple with no jargon. Who knows - Jessica and AJ’s friends or school may want to read and follow our progress once our journey is underway.
